RETURN, REFUND & SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY - VESTRA CLOTHING

At VESTRA, we specialize in high-quality, extended plus-size daily comfort wear. Because correct fitments fluctuate across different styling patterns, we maintain a clear 7-Day Size Exchange policy on our independent website to protect our micro-margins.

1. EXCHANGE WINDOW: Sizing correction swaps must be requested via email or whatsapp within 7 days from the date your tracking package is marked delivered.
2. CONDITION: Garments must be returned unwashed, unworn, completely free of cosmetic/odor stains, and retain all original packaging tags intact. 
3. NO CASH REFUNDS: We do not issue monetary refunds, store reversals, or cancellations once an apparel package has been processed and dispatched from our home base in Kerala. We gladly replace your garment for a larger or smaller size variant of the same item style.
4. PROCESS COORDINATION: To coordinate your size adjustment swap, please contact our support team directly at vestraclothing.in@gmail.com or whatsapp+91 80755 08009 with your original store order receipt number.
